Taxes and Import Duties
Orders shipped to Utah are subject to Utah sales tax. At such time that shipments are provided outside the US, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, taxes or duties charged by the local government.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can be shipped to only one address. In order to ship DVDs to different addresses, you must place a separate order for each address taking delivery.
Shipping to Military Bases
Shipments can be sent to military APO/FPO addresses.
Combining Shipments
Our ordering, manufacturing and shipping processes are fully automated to produce and ship each unique order. Given this automated process, we are unable to consolidate or hold orders for subsequent orders to be shipped together. If you place multiple orders on the same day, they may ship on different days.
